After years of seeing high quality, talented people lose their jobs, spend months looking for work, and helping these individuals find new employment one at a time, I was frustrated. I knew there had to be a better way. I realized that there were too many people looking for work and not enough people like me that had the time or ability to help others find their next gig.
I spent months thinking about this. I researched, spoke with recruiters, met with staffing firms, chattend and emailed and texted people looking for jobs, and I realized that no one had all the right answers or that much free time, but that if we could pull people motivated to help, maybe even looking for their on new opportunity, together, we could vastly expand the impact of this work.

So, I founded Indrafy to create a community of professionals that helps each other find their next job.
Based on the virtues of the Indian god Indra, I built this community to help others find what they are seeking. As the Warrior god of Weather, Indra was a powerful protector, all-seeing deity that ensured the fields received the water and rain and sun they need to survive and thrive.
